APALSA would like to cordially invite you to the Annual Installation and Awards Banquet on Friday, April 20th, 2007. We will be honoring Professor Yokoyama with a Lifetime Achievement award, and will be hearing from Honorable Tomson Ong, this year’s keynote speaker. We will also be introducing to you the 2007-2008 APALSA Board. The event will be held at the Great Wall Chinese Restaurant. The reception will be held at 6:00 p.m., with the dinner and program to follow at 7:00 p.m.
The cost of the event will be $10 for APALSA Members and $15 for non-APALSA Members. This cost covers the cost of the food, which will include:
- Sizzling Rice Soup
- Pan Fried Meat Dumpling
- Shrimp with Lobster Sauce
- Kung Pao Chicken
- Broccoli with Beef
- Asparagus with Scallops
- Sweet and Sour Pork
- Filet Fish in Szechuan Sauce
- Chow Mein
- Fried Rice
Attached are the invitation and the RSVP card. You may pay banquet fees to our box in the SBA office, or find an APALSA officer (make sure you leave your name with them). We'll also be taking money at the elections meeting on Wednesday, April 18th, 2007 at 12:30 p.m., and again at 5:00 p.m.
