APALSA's Second General Meeting 10/7

Please join us for our guest speaker at our Second General Meeting (10/7) at 12:30-1:30 and 5-6pm at W611.

Justin Shrenger was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1990. Mr. Shrenger holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, and a J.D. from Columbia University in the City of New York, where he was a two-year Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar of Law.

Mr. Shrenger has experience with major law firms and is fluent and literate in English and Chinese, and he speaks some Korean.

Mr. Shrenger will discuss his practice which involves Chinese clients or US companies doing business in China. He will explain what “China Practice” entails, why China Practice becomes popular, and how we, as law students, should prepare ourselves for it.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY with Asian Americans Advancing Justice

The Public Service Program and Asian Americans Advancing Justice 
are hosting a Interpretation and Translation workshop along with an 
information session about Asian Americans Advancing Justice’s 
 Volunteer Language Access Program. 


We are looking for students who are bilingual in the following languages: 
Spanish, Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, and Vietnamese. 


ALL Students bilingual are welcome to attend and discover more 
volunteer opportunities through PSP!
